Military Flags

These are some of the flags they had at the Wall. Pat served in the US Navy in Desert Storm. They had flags for all the branches of the military, they were beautiful.

The Moving Wall

This wall was put up in Pocatello, it is a small version of the Vietnam Memorial. I couldn't believe how big this was and how there were so many lives remembered just on this wall alone. It was definatly a sobering experience. It was a pretty emotional place. I just posted some pics to show the size of the lettering, which shows all that fit on just this wall alone. Very very sad. People had put up some personal pics and little bits about the person when they were alive. We sure do LOVE THE USA!

Hair Cut!

Cedar wanted a change so decided to cut 8 inches off her hair. I was so sad and kept trying to stop her, but in the end I guess I don't get to control everything. (ha, ha) anyway she looks beautiful and she was so so happy to get it cut.

Goodbye Jeep! Pat rolled the jeep.

Looks pretty bad, huh? Pat was okay, he separated his shoulder and had a few cuts and bumps. He had his seatbelt on and he things he hurt his shoulder trying to hold onto Smoke who, of course, wasn't wearing his seatbelt. The cost to fix it was figured at about $22,000, and we are just waiting for it to get redone. Pretty scary.
